In my professional life, I describe myself as a creative, network-oriented, 360-degree marketing expert.
My experience ranges from event management, brand marketing, social media, PR, influencer marketing, social media, and strategic partnerships. I love networking, finding niche markets, and taking a 360-campaign from start to finish. I rely on my extensive network to brainstorm, secure media placements both globally and nationally, as well as connect aligning brands with one another. Whether hospitality, higher education, nonprofit, retail, or fashion - I've seen what it takes to drive success in varying industries.
In my personal life, I describe myself as a fitness junkie, year-round sun-chaser, dog mom, and amateur film photographer. I have a background in athletics, both as a collegiate athlete and my masters in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership - both of which taught me some of my most important personal and professional life lessons - and created a sports enthusiast, year-round.
One of my seemingly small, proudest accomplishments, was at a young age, receiving the 'Grit' award at a basketball camp. Grit is defined as, "Passion and perseverance for long-term and meaningful goals. It is the ability to persist in something you feel passionate about and persevere when you face obstacles. This kind of passion is not about intense emotions or infatuation. It’s about having direction and commitment." This accomplishment and word have stayed with me for years - and is something I'm constantly applying to both my personal and professional goals.
My personal and professional 'lives' have an overarching love and dedication to seek creativity, push myself (grit) constantly, and build a community around myself that I'll continue to utilize for years.
